The Ohio University Lancaster Campus invites applicants for the full-time position of Enrollment Manager. The chosen applicant facilitates the admission, registration, financial aid and advising processes for the campus. Coordinates student support services including judicial officer, Title IX coordinator, psychological services and student organizations. These functions are coordinated closely with the Office of Community Standards and Student Affairs at the Athens campus. Other duties include developing and maintaining data reports for the campus, budgetary responsibilities of the Student Services department and supervising five administrators and two classified staff. The Enrollment Manager is a direct report to the Dean of the campus and serves on various committees based on that designation.
A bachelor’s degree with at least six years of work experience in a college setting or related field and at least three years of management experience is required. A master’s degree in the area of education, administration or a related field is preferred. Must have excellent communication skills to work effectively with diverse groups. Computer and organizational skills are necessary.
The Ohio University Lancaster Campus is a regional campus located approximately 25 miles south-east of Columbus and 45 miles from the main campus in Athens. Approximately 2,500 traditional and nontraditional students enroll each semester in associate and bachelor degree programs located in Lancaster or its Pickerington Center. Position is available April 2, 2018. The salary (range $57,483-$74,728) is commensurate with education and experience and includes an excellent benefits package.
