Manage and lead quality improvement initiatives for the Neurophysiology Department. Develop and provide educational services to technical staff. Establish and maintain a program to rapidly develop new employees to meet job requirements and prepare for registry exams. Manage Neurophysiology student program as the clinical site coordinator. Collaborate with the Neurophysiology Leadership Team regarding students in training. Manage IOM staffing and operations. Assist Neurophysiology Director with policies and procedures, hiring, planning, etc. Collaborate with the Neurophysiology Leadership Team with long range planning, setting department goals, etc. Manage outreach for providing IOM services at other facilities outside COA. Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new outreach opportunities.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
Four years experience as a IOM technologist. 1-2 year supervisory experience preferred
Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries
CNIM and R. EEG T. registry required.
