Your goal as End of Lease Professional will be to maximize the recovery of funds for each asset through standard processes and negotiations, while delivering top notch customer service experiences to our internal and external customers.
Enjoy the variety of being a resource to your team and other functions to help our customers achieve greater success and move our business forward.You will build and maintain long-term, mutually rewarding relationships with our customers, equipment remarketers, and shippers in order to maximize the value of our assets. In this position you will have the ability to practice your mathematical, negotiation, and customer service skills while directly contributing to our company’s bottom line.Be recognized for exceptional performance and implementing innovative ideas. Specific responsibilities include:
- Oversee the recovery process on defaulted agreements
- Maximize asset values through negotiations and by making cost effective decisions
- Successfully complete a variety of end of lease processes to ensure proper tracking of inventory
- Process return instructions, condition reports, and sales equipment checks
- Make sound and balanced decisions in relation to End of Term policies and waiver authority
- Field a variety of requests from equipment remarketers
- Become very knowledgeable with the End of Term Quoting System and Asset Management Inventory System
